Contract Agreement

This Contract is a legally binding document. By accepting our services, the Client verifies that the pick-up date, times, number of passengers, and billing information are correctly stated on the reservation confirmation.

Airport Pick-up Policy

Additional charges may apply for waiting time after a flight arrives. A reasonable grace period is allotted for each arrival; after the grace period, waiting time will be billed in set increments. If contact is not made with our office within a reasonable time after the flight lands and the passenger cannot be located, a no-show fee may be applied to the payment method on file. To avoid a no-show fee, please do not leave the airport before contacting our office for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to advance-notice requirements that vary by vehicle type and trip type. Cancellations made without the required advance notice may incur a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the reservation. Changes to dates, times, or downsizing of a reserved vehicle may be treated as a cancellation and fall under the same conditions. Please contact our office for the cancellation terms that apply to your specific reservation.

Mechanical Breakdown and Subcontracting

The Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter but will make reasonable efforts to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is refused, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, any refund shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client. In case of an emergency, the Company may subcontract the rental to another licensed transportation provider.

Additional Charges

Extra stops and waiting time beyond the allotted grace periods will incur additional charges. Waiting fees and overtime will be billed in set increments.

Responsibility

DFW Limo Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, and road conditions.

Rate Change

The rate is subject to change based on the specific services requested by the Client.

Damage and Cleaning Fees

The Client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental period. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. The chauffeur may terminate the contract without refund if any illegal activity is observed.

Lost Items

DFW Limo Service is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and personal property left in the vehicle.

Vehicle Requests

Specific vehicle requests are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of management.

Credit Card Authorization

The Company is authorized to process the Client’s credit card for applicable overages and damages in accordance with this agreement.

Car Seats

Car seats may be available upon request for an additional fee. Installation is the customer’s responsibility.

Waiver of Claims

The Client waives any claims against the Company for injury, loss, or damage to their person or property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgment

By submitting a reservation, the Client agrees to the terms listed above and acknowledges receiving the Reservation Agreement and Cancellation Policy.


SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from DFW Limo Service, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Booking and reservation confirmations
  • Reservation and pick-up reminders
  • Dispatch and driver/vehicle status updates
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries

Example: “Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming reservation with DFW Limo Service on [Date] at [Time]. Your driver will arrive at [Location]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from DFW Limo Service at any time.”

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive messages related to your reservations or account status as needed.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from DFW Limo Service in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation
  • By submitting an online form on our website at dfwlimoservice.net
  • By filling out a paper form

This consent for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Once you opt out, you will receive no further SMS communication. You may opt back in at any time by replying “START.”
